A day for play

We met up with Dylan's best friend Jovani this morning. Dylan and Jovani went to the same Mother Goose hour at the library when they were Kate's age and we quickly fell in love with Joey's family. His mom Bernadette is one of my favorites and she and I get along splendidly.




The kids had a mini picnic: watermelon, cheese, muffins, and marshmallows.






After biking and snacking we opted for some more playing. The weather was absolutely gorgeous and no one was at the park, so we stayed for hours.

Look at these two. So very adorable!




And then there is these two boys, best buds, being two-year-olds.







I might edit a few of these and print them out for Dylan.

It seems not much has changed. Here are the two of them at one and a half years old back in May of 2012:





After the park we went to the store with Gramma and for dinner we made mini pizzas.
