Low iodine diet: Day 9

Today I feel like I have the flu. I can hardly find the strength to get off of the couch. Luckily both kids are sleeping right now and I plan on letting them nap as long as possible. Dylan was up most of the night trying to kick off his feetie pajamas and tossing and turning. He spent the morning doing errands with Grandpa so he's extra nappy. Kathleen had her two month checkup this morning and received shots in both arms and a leg so she'll most likely sleep until tonight.

The dogs know I'm sick and are hugging me. Sean will be home in two hours. I assume this is what hypothyroidism feels like: utter garbage.
