Beating the morning rush

We're sitting in a Target parking lot before they open. There are a few other cars here, all of us watching diligently for any sign of life, waiting for that first person to get out of his car so that we may follow suit.

Normally, the baby and I aren't even awake for at least another hour. But today Sean handed us his credit card and a list of items such as "dog chews" and "new dish drainer" and we dropped him off at work only to find ourselves here. Dylan is still in pajamas.

As much as I enjoy shopping, my body isn't quite awake yet. Today I might rather still be in bed.
